Safe hands....

For large outdoor events, it is often a requirement of Public Liability/Events insurance companies that a public address system is available in case of emergencies.  With over 20 years experience, NHR is used to dealing with problems such as medical emergencies, lost children and lost property!  If we commit to attending, you can be sure we will be there. We have NEVER let any Organisation down!

No volunteer receives payment or expenses.

We bring with us all the necessary equipment including speakers, radio microphones, complete with aerial distribution system and external mast, mic stands and mixing desks. These are operated from our custom modified caravan.

Previous events have included:

All major Town Fayres in Morpeth, Ashington and Bedlington; corporate open days and school fayres. We have also attended several events at National Trust properties in the region.

Outside Events Caravan:

Our "new" caravan was purchased for the 2006 season and offers more space for our team of volunteers plus the flexibility to handle larger events. We are grateful to all the local organisations and Trusts that made grants towards this project.

We regret we are unable to hire either the caravan and/or equipment to other organisations. In all cases, to comply with our insurers, NHR volunteers must be present. This service is run to help support NHR's running costs, therefore please note a fee is charged for attending every event which reflects the value of equipment used and our time and experience as volunteers to support each event. 

NHR carries full Public Liability Insurance as standard.

We are looking for sponsorship to help maintain the caravan and outside events service. 

We can offer advertising space on the side of the caravan plus regular mentions on our 24-hour service.
